Custom monogrammed, embroidered baseball caps. Distressed look. Can do monograms, phrases and logos within reason. Logos can be provided via message after order is placed. Embroidery area is approx 3.5 x 2.5. Adult size.
PLEASE READ:
-Logos with small letters may not embroider well. If you have small letters in a logo, please contact me before placing your order and I can confirm if it's doable.
-Logos with more than 4 colors will be reduced to a max of 4. Due to time consumption, my limit is 4. I will reduce colors and provide mock if there if there is more in your logo.
- Fine Lines or several small intricate lines also do not embroider well.
Orders take 7-10 business days before shipping. (This is due to inventory and sale volume) bulk orders may take 2-3 weeks. If you want a faster order, please check with me to make sure it's possible before purchasing. I will do my best to accommodate.
MOCK is provided via message. IF no response, will send one follow up. IF still no response within 24 hours will continue with embroidery
Examples and fonts are provided but have more embroidery colors as well fonts if you are looking for something more specific.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
